Hotel Policies

Pet Policy

No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler’s control at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation 72 hours in advance of check in (3pm EST). The equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged for all cancellations less than 72 hours in advance.

Deposit Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card to confirm reservation. No deposit required.

WHAT TIMES ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. We offer late check out at 1:30 pm for a $50 fee.

DO YOU OFFER PARKING?

Complimentary parking is available in the adjacent lot and at the College Townhouse lot to the East of The Granville Inn.

DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER ON SITE?

We do not have a fitness center on site, but we offer complimentary access to the Mitchell Center at Denison University, upon request.

DO YOU HAVE A POOL?

We do not have a pool on site, but we offer complimentary access to the Mitchell Center at Denison University, upon request.

DO YOU HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE?

We do not have an airport shuttle, but we are happy to help set up a ride with a local company at the guest’s expense.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?

You must be 18 or older to check in at The Granville Inn.

DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY?

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. There will be a $250 smoking fee if smoking occurs in the room.
